“Property needs a lot of updates. Property expensive for what you get. Room lacked enough cooking utensils, microwave was dirty from previous guests, floor was dirty.”

“I made a reservation through Expedia/VRBO, and the host canceled less than 24 hours before check-in without providing any explanation. When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system. As a result, I had to spend valuable time working……

“Location in South Lake Tahoe is great. Lobby, pools and gym are very good. No disrespect to the host… the rooms are tired and need a big refresh.”

“The door card only worked in one door of the three rooms, two of the three bathrooms were dirty with nail clippings and public hair in bath tub, there is no service by the pool so you have to go find food and drinks to bring in by oool, there also is no food in premises so that’s super inconvenient, the resort feel/ vibe is NOT here at all. We were in floor theee, every time we get off the elevator it smelt like absolute rock trash throughout the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I said……

“I loved this place. It was so comfortable to hang out here as the interior design was exceptionally well thought out. The bed was perfect for me, kind of in the Goldilocks zone. And nice linens that made it feel even more luxurious. The bathroom was a good size with a generous soaking tub. The kitchen was just the right size to do the small amount of cooking I wanted to do. I was grateful for Nespresso coffee maker with plenty of options to choose from. When I opened up the couch into the bed……
