“Location is great , staff is really sweet and hotel is very clean. This hotel was just NOT renovated well. This hotel was either a DIY renovation or these people should demand a refund from the world’s worst contractor. Wallpaper is wrinkled, film peeling from windows, doors barely close, painted over knobs and switches. I doubt this place is even up to code. It is a shame this hotel wasn’t restored to its glory.”

“Sifting Sands exceeded all of my expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was spacious, cutely decorated, clean, and the kitchenette was perfect. The location could not be more ideal, especially with how reasonably priced our stay was. It’s so nice to have a “home base” so close to the boardwalk and beach. This is our new go to spot for future trips!”

“Balcony door locks need replacing as they do not lock and the glass table on the balcony wasn’t screwed on and was very dangerous for kids especially but for adults as well.”

“Stayed here with a family of 4. Easy check-in and good parking. Room was a little dated but clean and worked well for us. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Close to the beach and a mile walk or drive to the stone harbor shops.”

“Enjoyed the location to the board walk, beach and public access. The room was great for us with having separate pull out couch. There is no view from these rooms. You are right at amusement park which goes till midnight. The parking was great because under cover. I would stay again since beach is the highlight”
