"The hotel was fine. It is extremely central to most usual tourist activities and worked really well in that regard. It has a weird entryway that you enter on the ground floor that is not the hotel and you go up a floor or so and then enter the hotel lobby. They have disposable plastic cups further wrapped in plastic instead of real drinking glasses. This was unusual and felt cheap. They have paper cups instead of real coffee cups which is less uncommon. Both of these felt eco unfriendly....

"First time stay at the hotel. Very clean, the suite was a perfect size and the pull out couch was a plus! Great views from the pool on the 30th floor and the lady I checked in with was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely will stay again. "

"What a beautiful hotel full of history and elegance. I wish that something would have been offered for breakfast. (A croissant, bagel or even toast and fruit). But otherwise the stay was very pleasant and they worked to accommodate my room to be close to my daughter and grandson."

"Pros: Nice room with appliances, furniture, TV, etc. The area was great and easily walkable to Michigan Avenue. Some of the housekeepers I talked to were really sweet. My room wasn't completely clean when I first checked in (trash in the bin, bar soap in the shower, etc). The breakfast also wasn't very good and there weren't good options for someone with dietary restrictions. I only ate it twice and decided to eat at some of the fabulous brunch places in the area instead. "
