"A very clean hotel that is really close to many restaurants and to the subway station. I was able to go to a business event two days in a row that was walking distance from the hotel. It is also walking distance to the ferry station and to the Battery park from where you can see the Statue of Liberty in the distance. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Manhattan."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Citizen M Bowery. I loved it from the minute we walked in the door. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was always helpful and the food was great. Roof top bar was nice and had a great view. Subway station right around the corner and a short walk to China town. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to NYC"
Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown

"I stayed here with my wife and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of the Financial District, directly across from the Staten Island Ferry, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The subway is also just across the street, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a restful stay."
"Great location in a quiet residential area. Close to many good restaurants and subway stations. The Tenement Museum is nearby. Hotel itself is clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple continental and could be improved with additional items. But this is not a big deal as Chinatown has lots of inexpensive bakeries and restaurants. Overall, nice experience at a very reasonable rate for a weekend trip to the Big Apple. I will stay here again . "
"I loved the view and how spacious the room was, this was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at. Only issue I had was that the mini fridge was making a noise throughout the night and in the morning I noticed that there was a lot of condensation on the front of it from the inside. But a very very minor issue. I’m just a really light sleeper. Other than that, truly a perfect hotel and I will definitely be back."
"I have been meaning to visit the World Trade Center area for many years. I happened to fly into New York roughly 3 weeks after the attack.. In October of that year.
I had planned a visit New York to see Bjork… at the Radio City Music Hall.. I got as close to ground zero as I could… still smoldering and full of frenzied activity… We could see it as we flew into JFK… A lot has changed since then… the 9/11 memorial has thousands of visitors every day… This hotel is as close to the World Trade Center properties as possible… World Trade Center 5 will be built right across the street. Many rooms have a spectacular view of the 9:11 site… and all the new buildings… The staff has been very helpful, and pleasant… I sit on the 20th floor waiting for my Grilled Shrimp… and I am sure this meal will be as delicious as the 3 other meals I’ve eaten in the Rooftop Restaurant known as One40… The linens were clean and I requested a water kettle when I checked in… I was in no more than 10 minutes in my room before the kettle arrived… The kitchenette has a convection oven and an induction cooktop… The bathroom was clean and I have no complaints about noise or comfort… WiFi is speedy… and I recommend this Hotel any time you visit the Big Apple, NY…"
"Cafe upstairs for breakfast not a cooked breakfast but it was fast which we liked. AMAZING rooftop. great price. close to transportation. room was very spacious. pillows were not my favorite. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was good. The room wasn’t the cleanest but the bed was super comfortable. And the service was good "
"I was unsure of the hotel because of all the poor reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! A/C worked so well that I had to turn it off a couple times, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the staff was kind enough to hold my luggage for me while I waited for my ride. "
"I really liked the breakfast offered by Wall & Water, and the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times already and will return again."
