The breakfasts were good and we had options each day. The room with the kitchenette and full size fridge was very handy. We did not feel cramped in the space although the dresser was a bit too close to the bed and you needed to be careful passing it. The noise level was acceptable except for an inconsiderate guest who banged his door loudly coming and going. You should ask guests to be close doors softly--we do it so as to not disturb other. It's well situated to allow you to access highway 404 and 7 quickly. Overall we would have no issue recommending this hotel.

Our room was spacious enough for our family of 5 and clean. However, the toilet and shower area was extremely cramped - to close the door, you must step over and stand between the toilet and tub to allow enough clearance to swing the door. There is also no exhaust fan, so make sure to keep your showers short and do courtesy flushes upon the first drop! Room was quiet, we did not hear other guests above or on either sides. I appreciated the little kitchenette and full size fridge. We were visiting primarily on an asian food quest so had lots of leftovers. There is no public ice machine, but if you ask the front desk they will get you a bag from their breakfast supply room. Just enough parking. Breakfast was great, though at peak time it can get crowded due to limited space. The surrounding area felt very safe: well-kept townhouses and a few large office buildings. We would stay here again when visiting Markham!

The property is passed it's prime. Needs a total makeover except outdoor patio area. The housekeeping was fine but its hard to make a tired property look fresh. The supplies in the kitchen are bare minimum. I brought my own soaps, coffee, cream and a Brita for water and was glad l did.
