"Very convenient and close to downtown. Clean and tidy. The owner has a restaurant that serves delicious and typical Mexican food. "

"First, you will have to pay the property in cash or by transfer. No credit card. Even if we got there around 4 pm, the owner sent us a message around 9pm at night that we need to pay the total amount in cash or by money transfer. Toilet doesn’t flush properly and the shower will be cold or burning hot. Also, no water pressure. We’ve contacted the owner multiple time and she kept telling us there is a way to get a warm shower but it never worked at the end so we gave up asking. We also had to...

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive

"The property was great. We've been to many around this area so far, and this one is our favorite. There were many food options, including vegetarian options. Additionally, they had a pizza station, taco station, sushi station, crepe station, and churros station. There was also a café with desserts. The pool is huge. The hotel was very clean, and room service was available twice a day, even though we didn't request it. Upon arrival, they offered a bottle of tequila or any other type of your choice. Not sure if that was because I had a premium room. The staff was amazing - very nice, friendly, and attentive. The shows were also good, like the manic show, fire show, and Michael Jackson tribute. There were many bars with fast service if you're into drinking. The hotel is both adults and kids-friendly. The ocean had seaweed, which is no fault of the hotel. You can swim when there's a lifeguard on duty and when the water isn't too choppy. The hotel is also close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive."
