“The Harmony Inn has lovely amenities and we felt it was worth the rate charged. However, we did not know ahead of time that the room was actually in the basement of a home. We also did not know that our bathroom would be down the hall, through a public area. Finally, we did not know that we would have to lug our suitcases down and up a narrow staircase, made narrower by a chair lift probably installed to make the place handicapped accessible. We were surprised by all of it. When our TV……

“服务非常热情与周到，帮我很好地了解了周边的特色。 Warm and thoughtful service, the staff kept my needs in mind and provided detailed travel and shopping suggestions.”

“Very clean rooms”

“Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The pool was exactly as pictured but was a little cold. There’s also two balconies that lead into the pool area so when the guests who stay in that room open their balcony door it sort of feels like you’re encroaching on their personal space. My other issues were little things but to me should’ve brought the price down. The hallway smelled bad. The iron was broken and didn’t work. The tub floor was cracked and the shower head was spewing at the wall.……

“Lobby提供檸檬水和爆米花，是蠻特別的一項服務”

“I was only there one night. I left early in the morning so I didn't eat or drink anything. But everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Listen, this is no five star hotel but it serves a purpose. It’s like staying at your grandma‘s house. It’s older they have some regulars. It’s going into a little construction right now but once you’re in your room, it’s quiet if you leave the windows closed TV leaves a little to be desired satellite and it goes out and there’s not anything premium so upgrading to letting people use our own Netflix would be awesome but we won’t stop coming here. We love the Jacuzzi room. We love that some rooms……

“Nice place, spacious room, good common area in lobby. Good location. We’ll be back.”

“Great location. Recommend it”

“We had a great stay! The hotel was conveniently located near several places to eat and basic shopping, which made it easy to get what we needed. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were only there for one night, essentially just needing a place to arrive, sleep, and head out early the next morning, so we didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the amenities. My only minor complaints were that the beds were a little firmer than I……

“Even though I had the do not disturb sign on they knocked on my door at 2 pm and again the next day before 11 even though the sign was still out. Other than that, very comfortable beds. The automatic lights in some instances are a little much in certain places.”

“早餐和房间不错，就是不能用电梯拎着四个大箱子上三楼不太方便。”

“Very nice rooms. Liked the continental breakfast!.”
