We had a wonderful stay at the villa with amazing pool and great location
We stayed here during the heatwave that was crossing Europe. A little worried about this, in fact there was no need. The pool was perfect and no problem with it not being heated. The villa was wonderfully airy and you could get a great breeze running through it. We had a problem with a door at one point but our hosts got someone in to fix it immediately. You are 5 minutes from the local intermarche so getting provisions was dead easy. Was a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend

We had a fantastic holiday. The property is very well equipped and all the bedrooms were lovely. It is a lovely area and very handy having a supermarket so close. All in all a brilliant stay for the 3 families that stayed.

Fabulous holiday destination
The house is beautiful - well equipped, spacious and stylish. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could wish for. The location is perfect - quiet, walking distance to the supermarket, small town of Lalevalade and to the river beach.

Grande maison très agréable
Réunion de famille 12 personnes. La maison est grande et très agréable. Le lieu est parfait pour se reposer, se balader, se réunir. La piscine est très bien mais nous n'avons pas eu le soleil ni la chaleur pour en profiter, dommage. Une prochaine fois. Merci à l'hôte qui est très disponible par message.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis dans cette maison situé près de lalevade. La villa est spacieuse et plutôt bien agencé pour être tous ensemble. La terrasse ombragé est très agréable. Les petits bémols, à notre arrivées les poubelles n'avaient pas été vidées, la maison n'est pas isolé donc elle est plutôt fraiche les mauvais jours et enfin si vous partez avec des enfants, la piscine n'est pas sécurisée.

Séjour plus qu’au top. Maison très bien agencé, extérieur magnifique, procédure d’arrivée impeccable et échange avec la propriétaire très fluide et arrangeant. Petit bémol sur la petite ménage qui n’est pas fait par les propriétaires eux même donc aucun regard mais rien d’alarmant non plus. Merci ☺️

vacances familiales ...superbe réussite !
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille (3 générations). La maison est très bien équipée, très agréable, la cuisine contient tous les accessoires nécessaires pour faire de bons repas. La piscine est bien, un peu froide et non sécurisée. Il y a une bâche mais qui est trop lourde pour la manipuler seul. Donc, on ne la fermait très rarement ce qui compromettait la sécurité. L'attention des propriétaires devraient aussi se pencher sur les chambres : Dans toutes les chambres, la literie n'est pas super, il n'y a pas de moustiquaire, il n'y a pas moyen de faire l'obscurité, les prises électriques sont très rares. Les douches sont assez sommaires. Donc, super semaine à passer en famille , la maison semble plus chic sur les photos qu'en réalité mais cela nous convenait parfaitement. Il y avait aussi un vélo et un garage vélo. Ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles ballades et d'aller faire nos courses à vélo et/ou à pied dans un Intermarché tout près ou d'aller à la boulangerie chaque matin. Une piste de BMX pour jeunes se trouve près de l'Intermarché. Pour terminer, An et son mari ont été très réactifs lorsque la piscine a viré et surtout pour nous laisser entrer quelques temps avant l"heure d'arrivée prédéfinie, c'était très chouette pour nos petits-enfants ! Dernière chose, les voisins d'à coté n'étaient pas présents , donc, aucune nuisance sonore de ce coté là ! je souhaite beaucoup de palisir aux suivants !

Mooie woning op een heerlijke rustige plek
Mooie ruime woning die mooi is ingericht. Op het terras kun je mooi met een grote groep zitten eten onder de beschutting van de bomen. Als je kleine beestje uit de boom vervelend vindt kun je ook binnen zitten aan de grote tafel, want buiten is verder overal alleen maar zon. Het zwembad en de loungeset zijn heerlijk, je kunt er leuk jeu de boule spelen en de intermarche is dichtbij. Voor kinderen die graag op het gras spelen, potje voetbal of zo, was gras fijn geweest. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, de Ardèche een een top plek!

Dépaysement total pour tous
Nous avons passé un excellent (court) séjour. Nous étions 3 familles avec enfants entre 7 et 13 ans. La maison est très spacieuse, très agréable. Le jardin également avec sa grande piscine, son terrain de boules (manque juste un peu plus d’ombre). La propriétaire est très disponible et arrangeante. Encore un grand merci et j’espère à bientôt !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis, la maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. L’accueil très bien avec une bouteille de rosé local en cadeau 😇 Secteur calme, randos et rivière a proximité ainsi qu’un supermarché à moins de 5min. Attention cependant si vous voyagez avec des enfants, peu d’équipements sont sécurisés : pas de garde corps sur escaliers ni de sécurité pour la piscine. Excellent séjour dans l’ensemble.

Location avec du potentielle. Cependant, la piscine n'est pas entretenu. Nous avons trouvé une eau verte. La personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien utilise des produits périmés. Nous avons dû mettre la main à la poche pour acheter du matériels d'entretien (60 euros) et pouvoir bénéficier d'une piscine saine. D' après les personnes qui s'occupe de la maison, la propriétaire ne veut plus faire de dépenses d'où l'état de la maison. Chaises de jardin cassées, transats cassés et laissés dans un coin du jardin, matelas pas adapté au lit et comblé avec un traversin, chasse d'eau des toilettes cassé, porte du jardin qui ne se ferme plus à clef.... Par ailleurs, il est précisé qu'il y a une machine nespresso. C'est faux !!! Nous sommes arrivés avec une centaine de dosettes pour rien... Par rapport au prix de la location, on attend d'avantage au niveau de la qualité des locaux. La propriétaire ne respecte pas ses hôtes et encaisse l'argent. Je ne conseille pas cette location pour le manque de respect. Belle région cependant.

Un beau week end en Ardèche
Très belle maison de campagne, annonce conforme à ce qui vous attends sur place. Maison très bien équipé et décoré. De beaux espaces de vie intérieurs comme extérieurs. Chloé qui nous accueille à l’arrivée est très serviable et disponible. Le coin piscine est super, un parasol pour le salon de jardin serait le bienvenu. Le terrain de boule et de badminton est très agréable. Nous avons passés un très beau séjour à 13 entre amis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci à Ann pour sa disponibilité.
