Nickelodeon Punta Cana: mi experiencia — 5/10 En mi opinión, está sobrevalorado. Fui con mi familia y encontré una habitación anticuada, con falta de mantenimiento, muebles deteriorados y detalles básicos que fallaban: la plancha dañada y problemas con el control del televisor. No poder plancharme para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa fue una frustración innecesaria. No esperaba Disney, pero sí un ambiente que se sintiera Nickelodeon y un trato más cálido. La decoración y la música no transmitían esa experiencia infantil. Salvo algunas excepciones, sentí poca amabilidad y disposición para resolver. Reglas como no poder entrar a desayunar en bikini deberían comunicarse claramente desde la llegada. Otro detalle que deben considerar: al llegar, una persona se presentó como nuestro concierge y nos ofreció descuentos y un premio condicionado a asistir a una charla. Nos dijeron que duraría 60 minutos, pero en nuestra experiencia tomó más de dos horas. Era una presentación comercial para vendernos un producto de viajes. Aunque los niños estuvieron entretenidos en un área de cuido, fue tiempo que pudimos haber disfrutado juntos en la piscina. El producto puede resultar atractivo para otras personas, pero yo fui de vacaciones para disfrutar con mis hijos, no para comprar. No digo que no asistan; recomiendo considerar si el incentivo les compensa ese tiempo y tener claro que se trata de una presentación de ventas. From the friendly, to their attentive and helpful staff, to our housekeepers for making our stay the most memorable, to the birthday decorations in our hotel room, to the attentive beach staff at Playa Minita.. The list goes on and on.. We highly recommend Casa de Campo to anyone who wants 5 star service in the Dominican Republic. This resort covers all the bases.
