What ia great place!! The staff was amazing from helpful suggestions at the front desk to attentive beach staff. A beautiful ocean view and truly peaceful atmosphere. Try the costal farmer downstairs for a great meal and exceptional bar service.

Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and took care of our needs. We went through Expedia, wanted 3 nights and 2 days. Expedia only had us in 2 nights and 1 day. The clerk at sign in charged our credit card $200 to cover the 3 nights, 2 days with a late check Monday. 4:30pm today we were told that we were supposed to be checked out and we were charged a $75 late check out fee. We went to the counter to get the problem solved and were met with a stone wall. I asked why they waited until after late check out time to notify us about the problem and was told it wasn't Hilton policy to do that. Room was very tiny, couldn't sit on the old couch. We most definitely will not stay at a Hilton again. Worst short stay we ever had.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price we paid plus the $49 daily resort fee. The resort’s outdoor areas were beautiful and well maintained, but our room was extremely dusty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Dust was visible on the lamps, furniture, doors, table legs, and other surfaces. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed, and my daughter found hair in both the bathroom and bathtub. After a long and exhausting flight, we should have been able to relax. Instead, we had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and spend part of our vacation cleaning the room ourselves. The amount of dust irritated my nose so badly that I had to take Claritin. The mattress was even worse. It was extremely uncomfortable and offered almost no support. Near the edge, it felt like we would roll off, while in the middle, our bodies sank into the mattress. Every morning, we woke up sore and feeling completely out of alignment. The discomfort seriously affected our ability to enjoy our vacation. We reported the mattress issue to the front desk and were offered another room, but after cleaning, unpacking, and settling in, moving rooms was not a reasonable solution. We should not have had to deal with these conditions in the first place. For the price we paid and the additional resort fee, we expected a clean room and a comfortable, properly maintained bed. The beautiful grounds do not make up for the poor room condition. Management needs to take house
