Get Executive RoomPosted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: Peaceful area, executive rooms are good bargain.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: University, "gardens" in the center of town. Good food.
There is a huge difference between the standard and executive rooms. Be sure to get Executive for a just a few dollars more. Then the situation is very nice...hotel is just a short cab ride away from downtown, but away from the noise around centro. We've been staying here for years and recommend this hotel.

Great stayPosted Apr 19, 2013
Pros: Comfortable with nice personnel
Cons: Noise from the gym in the morning, but it was minimal and late in the morning.
Location: Perfect for me as I traveled via taxi or bus
The hotel is in a nice area of town where you have access to transportation, restaurants. There is also a sports facility a block from the hotel for families with children that like basketball or walking/ running on a track instead of treadmill. Over all the hotel is nice and the hotel pool and restaurant are a nice place to spend some time. Do not expect the Waldorf because it is not, but the price is adequate for the service provided.

Nice hotel when it is not overpopulated with kidsPosted Apr 7, 2013
Pros: The service, helpful staff
Cons: Gets extremely crowded, especially lots of kids in the swimming pool, super noisy
When we first entered the hotel, we thought that it was a nice hotel with a big swimming pool and decent rooms. However, towards the noon, the swimming pool gets packed with kids and their families that it becomes impossible to swim or even stay around the pool, unless you enjoy the noise and the crowds. It was disappointing. Also, our toilet got clogged and water started running into our room. The staff was very helpful cleaning the room and taking care of the situation, however, it was a bad experience.

Extremely helpfulPosted Mar 30, 2013
Pros: The pool was a fabulous place to spend some time with kid friendly slides and water falls.
Location: We thoroughly enjoyed the climate of Coolidge during the early spring. Cool evenings and mildly warm afternoons. Sitting outside was beautiful.
We arrived in the early evening and were assigned a room. The bell boy accompanies us to the room smelled heavy cigarette smoke and requested a change of room for us without us having to ask for the change. He saw that we had small children and was concerned. Every time we were in contact with hotel staff they were more than helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
