A place commensurate with the price.Posted Jun 11, 2014
Cons: well, the shower. The water ..nearly .. only droplets
Location: good..the exit to Tulum
Clean my room in first floor was large and clean. But problems with water, low pressure and really hard to take a shower. Street is full of holes and does not look very pretty. The staff is friendly and gentle.

Tulum Town, good if you require parkingPosted May 4, 2014
I have stayed a couple of times in this hotel. It works quite well if you have a car since it has space for parking. The staff is quite attentive. The included breakfast is slim with add-ons for an extra price. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is nice and excellent for a quiet time but could use some extra attention from the management. Overall a good experience since staying in the town avoids a lot of extra costs.

Hotel Posada.Feb 14Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Clean and well maintained
Location: Close to town center, shops and restaurants
A really great little hotel. Only 12 rooms, but well designed and thought out.Very good location. The rooms were quite small but well laid out and very clean. The manager (Alex, I think) was very polite and extremely helpful, he also spoke excellent English. Would recommend to anyone.

Simple easy place in TulumPosted Apr 7, 2014
The hotel is one block off the main road at the north end of town. Hire a bicycle and be at the beach in 4-5km, all flat bike path and similar distance to the Tulum ruins. Great small, simple home style hotel.

Pros: Staff, staff, staff, receptionist, cleaning ladies and nice interieur
Location: Good location, quit close to main street where all teh fun is happening
Nice little hotel, very friendly staff, no fresh towels though, very clean, pool had evrything but no clear water or enough space to swim, bike rental expensive compared to main street and bikes are not better, breakfast allright. For the price its ok

Convenient and nicePosted Mar 7, 2014
Location: Great food and souvenir street vendors; near Tulum ave, catch a bus 'colectivo' to any Cenote or nearby towns cheaply (they pass every 5mins)
Hotel Posada 06 is located in a central part of the town of Tulum. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive. The hotel is also pleasantly decorated. Fresh fruit and vegetables market and late night 'street food' vendors right around the corner.

Convenient hotel close to good retaurants and barsPosted Feb 7, 2014
Our first few days in Mexico and made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. Just beware of the road, we arrived in the dark and turned off the main road to approach the hotel, the side road was poor even by Mexican standards with huge potholes.

Not on a nice streetPosted Feb 3, 2014
This hotel is on a dirt road and the surrounding building are slums. The bed I had was aweful. My pillow case was not clean. The wifi worked on night. I check out early but due to their 3 week cancelation policy I paid for 2 nights I didn't use. And that was worth it
