Hotel Posada.Feb 14

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Clean and well maintained
Location: Close to town center, shops and restaurants
A really great little hotel. Only 12 rooms, but well designed and thought out.Very good location. The rooms were quite small but well laid out and very clean. The manager (Alex, I think) was very polite and extremely helpful, he also spoke excellent English. Would recommend to anyone.

Simple easy place in Tulum

Posted Apr 7, 2014
The hotel is one block off the main road at the north end of town. Hire a bicycle and be at the beach in 4-5km, all flat bike path and similar distance to the Tulum ruins. Great small, simple home style hotel.

Convenient and nice

Posted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Television
Location: Great food and souvenir street vendors; near Tulum ave, catch a bus 'colectivo' to any Cenote or nearby towns cheaply (they pass every 5mins)
Hotel Posada 06 is located in a central part of the town of Tulum. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive. The hotel is also pleasantly decorated. Fresh fruit and vegetables market and late night 'street food' vendors right around the corner.

Convenient hotel close to good retaurants and bars

Posted Feb 7, 2014
Our first few days in Mexico and made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. Just beware of the road, we arrived in the dark and turned off the main road to approach the hotel, the side road was poor even by Mexican standards with huge potholes.

Not on a nice street

Posted Feb 3, 2014
This hotel is on a dirt road and the surrounding building are slums. The bed I had was aweful. My pillow case was not clean. The wifi worked on night. I check out early but due to their 3 week cancelation policy I paid for 2 nights I didn't use. And that was worth it

Very friendly helpful staff. Good value room close to restaurants and bars in the town of Tulum. Rooms better value than others in the area for the price.

Pros: The small hotel has been cleverly designed, is spotless and the staff were friendly and most helpful.
Cons: The very small snackbar is ok for breakfast, but overpriced and very basic. Hair dryers and irons in the rooms would be helpful.
Overall a delightful experience.

Functional in town location with parking.

Posted Jan 20, 2014
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Beds and a TV in the room
Clean unit. Hard bed. Safe parking. No TV. A block to town. Crazy looking local street. But Safe.
