Convenient and nicePosted Mar 7, 2014
Location: Great food and souvenir street vendors; near Tulum ave, catch a bus 'colectivo' to any Cenote or nearby towns cheaply (they pass every 5mins)
Hotel Posada 06 is located in a central part of the town of Tulum. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive. The hotel is also pleasantly decorated. Fresh fruit and vegetables market and late night 'street food' vendors right around the corner.

Convenient hotel close to good retaurants and barsPosted Feb 7, 2014
Our first few days in Mexico and made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. Just beware of the road, we arrived in the dark and turned off the main road to approach the hotel, the side road was poor even by Mexican standards with huge potholes.

Not on a nice streetPosted Feb 3, 2014
This hotel is on a dirt road and the surrounding building are slums. The bed I had was aweful. My pillow case was not clean. The wifi worked on night. I check out early but due to their 3 week cancelation policy I paid for 2 nights I didn't use. And that was worth it

Good location in town of TulumPosted Jan 29, 2014
Pros: Room design, spacious for price, excellent shower, wide beds.
Very friendly helpful staff. Good value room close to restaurants and bars in the town of Tulum. Rooms better value than others in the area for the price.

Pros: The small hotel has been cleverly designed, is spotless and the staff were friendly and most helpful.
Cons: The very small snackbar is ok for breakfast, but overpriced and very basic. Hair dryers and irons in the rooms would be helpful.
Overall a delightful experience.

Very good hotelPosted Jan 13, 2014
Pros: The locations, the happiness of the people who work in this hotel
Location: You need a car or to take the bus to go to the beach from this hotel, but for the night is very good, you had a lot of places to go very close.
We had a very good time on this hotel, really close to nice bars and restaurants in Tulum. This hotel have parking places for the car. All the people who work in this hotel was really nice. My room was very clean. Free internet, and a small coffee shop inside. Everything to be comfortable. I recommend this Hotel.

Worst LocationPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
I would like to say something about this hotel but I didn´t even enter, cause the neighborhood was awful. If you take vacation time to go al the way tu Tulum don´t think of staying here, there are so many places, all of them in much nicer locations.

Beautiful and Quite!!Posted Nov 1, 2013
Pros: Design and staff.
Cons: Probably have a snacks and drinks area.
Location: There is plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, groceries stores near the hotel which was very convenient.
Hotel Posada 06 is a very pretty hotel, perfect for those who need to stay out of the craziness. It is also very close to restaurants and fairly close to the main touristic destinies on Quintana Roo. It was a very pleasant experience and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
