“Newly remodeled hotel, that was remodeled very well very pretty very clean. I was very happy with my stay here. I will now stay at this hotel every time I come to Springfield. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. I am also very sensitive to fragrances and usually I wake up sick in hotels and I woke up feeling great after staying here. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I was very very impressed.”

“Close to interstate, clean and friendly staff”

“Room size was good. However A/C was broken on night 1. Then hot water was broken the last night and into the morning which meant no shower for me before traveling home. Ill overall property was muggy and felt damp. Also found a two ticks crawling on me in bed the first night. One was a lone star. Now I know why this hotel was over $100 cheaper than the one I stayed at last year.”

“There is no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and early check-in is not possible. You must check in at 3 o'clock.”

“The breakfast was great! Room smelled musty and felt very humid but the air conditioning in the room was running and it was pouring outside. Not bad for a one night stay.”

“Needs a lot of remodeling, painting, furniture, flooring, mattresses. Definitely not rated a 8 or even close, I say 4 at best folks. Breakfast was a joke, typical eggs like all other hotels but that was it. No meat of any kind. Waffles yes. Bananas yes but not ripe yet to eat. Coffee was too strong. Staff were friendly. Charged $20.00 a night for pet, ridiculously high.”
