“Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. “The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.”

Ottima la disponibilità da parte del personale, abbiamo trovato la stanza pronta prima dell orario previsto dal check in e avuto anche un upgrade di camera. La colazione era ricca di alternative e di buona qualità. Bellissima la spa, con una grande piscina e un atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante.
