“Super grateful customer service and room was fantastic!!”

“Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. You think if they wanted my business they would have treated us better and accommodated us with me showing her the receipt of payment. I had called and talked to a man explaining about the……

“Easy parking and the rooms were clean it kind of took me back to the old days they use actual keys to open the doors and water pressure kind of sucked but for the price to can’t complain.”

“It’s an older property but it’s been kept up well. The room was clean and everything was in working order. I would definitely recommend, and the next time I’m in the area I will be staying here.”
