“There were small maintenance issues that seemed to be something that would have been caught beforehand, otherwise the stay was pleasant and I would stay again.”

“No hotel parking available. Must either park in the street or a ramp owned by the city if you want to park close to the hotel. ”

“This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.”

“Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either.”

“They kept calling up to my room saying someone was complaining about the noise in my room when all I was doing is watching tv and on the phone then I had to check out early….it felt like people”
