“Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???”

“Very dissatisfied with this particular Springhill visit. We weren’t informed the hotel only provides room cleaning and fresh towels every other day. After asking a few times they did deliver fresh towels but were pretty stingy with the number allowed. Fitted sheet was long past its useful life and wouldn’t stay put. Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat setting seemed irrelevant. Vanity needs repairs to faucet and light. When attempting to iron a white dress shirt the iron left black……
