“This lovely condo is nestled among the trees, and is in a great location, within walking distance to Egan's Creek Greenway and the beach. The heating and cooling system (we needed both in Feb!) work perfectly. “This property is in a decent location with ocean view. Parking was fine since it was after the Labor Day rush. The condo furniture and rugs were dirty, and the living room couch and chairs were broken and very lumpy and in a very used condition.
