“Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity. ”

“Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep.”

“This lovely condo is nestled among the trees, and is in a great location, within walking distance to Egan's Creek Greenway and the beach. The heating and cooling system (we needed both in Feb!) work perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy of the spacious screened porch, and the French doors allowed us to enjoy the trees even when it was too chilly to be out there. When we had a little glitch the owner was all over it and quickly resolved the problem. An additional treat- the bed was super comfy. It is……

“Well-equipped with kitchenware and rooms all fresh. Clean and all lights and other electricals in good order. Easy to deal with rental representative.”

“It was good for what we needed. It allowed us to bring our dog. The unit was dated and the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged. Other then that worked well”

“The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. ”
