"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. They offered ocean-view rooms without balconies, which made the ocean appear closer from the bed. The staff was friendly, and they provided a good variety of hot meals for breakfast. My husband wanted to get me keepsakes for my birthday. They found reasonably priced and stylish hoodies in their lobby. However, the staff didn’t try to get a new one until we asked. She had gotten one with wrinkles from the back of the front desk and handed it to us without any packaging. I would appreciate it if they had at least packaging tissues and a gift bag. Also, vinyl flooring would be more attractive than carpet. The beach access offered a nice deck and benches that seemed newer. The hotel was located higher up, requiring a quiet number of steep steps to reach the beach level. Some guests might prefer to stay on the deck area instead of going downstairs."

"The room did not look as nice as the photos, back door didn’t lock, there is a piece of wood you put to jam the door if tried to open. The tv wasn’t set up but it did look like they are upgrading it would have been nice to be able to watch something without making a whole Samsung account. The towels had maybe makeup stains on them and the comforter on the bed also had stains that I hope were also makeup stains, we didn’t notice till the morning they were on the underside of the comforter. The hot tub was the only thing that saved this place, the location just a couple steps from the beach you could hear the ocean waves relaxing in the tub. Don’t know if I would stay here again though."
