In the hotel room the floors, sheets, and general surfaces were clean enough. The balcony and bathrooms were a disaster. The balcony looked like it hadn't seen by another person in 3 years. The bathroom was nearly unusable. Towels were clean and folded nicely, toilet was clean, sink was clean, but the tub had an old yellow stain that turned……

“Rooms very nice and clean, my only complaint is how am I supposed to know if I'm getting a hot tub in my room or not. They don't specify This. I was disappointed when I walked in and didn't see a tub in the room or a porch hot tub. Just a regular room. I only stayed one night and spent most of my time at the casino so I didn't make too much of a fuss about it. But definitely could've been better experience.”

“This place is spectacular!!!!! Impeccably clean and the view is INCREDIBLE!!!! My whole family was so pleasantly surprised!!!! I usually skip reviews but I couldn’t on this one!!!! I couldn’t believe how beautiful for the price. And 2 bedrooms! ON THE OCEAN!!!! Friendly staff and my gosh I read reviews that complained about breakfast. Really? This was more a luxury condo feel and I’ve stayed all over the US and condos usually don’t serve any breakfast. Already booking for next year to bring my……

“The bathroom was missing a shelf/holder in the shower. I had placed the shampoo on the ground and held the soap while taking a shower and the doors didn't completely shut causing water to get all over the floor. I was on floor 2 and there were people above my room stomping during the night waking me up. It happened three times. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the issues and she just shrugged. Didn't even say, "sorry".”
