“应该是新开业的酒店，很多问题衔接不上，管理比较混乱，面巾纸没有货、房卡不好用直到离开酒店。餐厅咖啡经常没有……”

“They had told me when i booked the rooms they would get us into an adjoining room or at least on same floor but when we got there all they had was 2 rooms on first floor where there had been a leak and fans where strung through the hallway. Both rooms were dirty, the one room bathroom sink didnt work, toilet seat was only attached on one side. We had repeatedly had to ask for housekeeping that we never got and my daughter had to empty her own trash from their room because housekeeping never……

“For how nice everything else is at this hotel. The breakfast was the worst one I’ve ever had. There was never enough food and they prepared everything in such small sizes. However it was pleasant and everything was clean and the staff were phenomenal.”
