“Place was nice and clean, spacious room for a one bed, and friendly staff.”

“Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond……

“We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!”

“I was not impressed by the restaurant staff and would not recommend going there. Hit outside spots instead. Hotel was nice and continently located right next to the water taxi that takes you right downtown Norfolk.”

“I can’t say what I didn’t like but I can say everything else was excellent love the staff they were so friendly helpful with information always with a pleasant smile and attitude very good I definitely will recommend and definitely will be back at this hotel only God bless all!”

“Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Wasser. Super Aussicht. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Zimmer sehr aktuell, das Bad hingegen etwas veraltet. Das Restaurant im Hotel war zum Abendessen nach einem langen Tag echt sehr gut und lecker. Das Frühstück ist nicht viel umfangreicher als das bei anderen Hotels bei denen es inklusive ist und daher den Aufpreis nicht wirklich wert.”
