"It’s a beautiful hotel. The problem we had was with parking. We chose to self park. We were not told that there was no elevator or easy way to get back to the lobby. Therefore, we were left dealing with stairs and several pieces of luggage. The front entrance is a beautiful rotating glass door. The problem is, it is not automatic and you have to push it. That is hard to do while dealing with luggage. Not an impressive beginning to our stay. "

"Very few cons. Neat property. Room was fantastic House Keeping was amazing. Breakfast was incredible! Get the French Toast! Had it three days in a row. Some of the cons and I’m being a little picky but there was no valet attendant present when we arrived and here you have to use valet. Be better if there was a sign notifying the guests that they’ll be back very soon or something. We were confused as to what to do when we arrived. Also the foyer needed dusting and decluttering. They can’t help...

"Charlotte is a great place to visit. The area we stayed was good. Hotel was situated close to shopping and food. We walked to the shopping center within a few minutes. We sat poolside and just enjoyed the quant environment. They have fire pit in the evening if you wish to sit outside. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was great. They serve breakfast but it's a charge per person. Only negative was a housekeeper was opening my room to enter...

"I did an8 day stay here on my first trip to Charlotte. Pros: Very clean inside, very convenient location, full kitchen, reasonable price, good general inventory of pots/pans/plates for cooking and other general supplies. Cons: Noise - but only through the ceiling from the room above. The kitchen/living room have vinyl flooring and either there is no noise insulation or it is poor quality. Footsteps, noisy appliances (the dishwasher and AC are very loud in the unit) all seemed to go...
