"Quick weekend getaway"
We booked a room for two nights in Boston to see Rent and take a harbor cruise. This is the second time we stayed at the Nine Zero, having stayed at a few others in town. We had a small problem with our room the first night so I approached the concierge in the morning and told him about it. His response and resolution was absolutely perfect and extremely gracious. I have leaned that what is most important in business is not the problem but how it is handled. That is what people remember. That's why I give the Nine Zero 5 stars.

Nice hotel and great location. Unfortunately, the 3 rooms across/next to mine were full of families, who decided to convene in the hotel hallway continuously to discuss their plans. Their running, loud talking kids didn't help. I don't know why they could discuss their plans in one of their own rooms. I guess I can't blame the hotel for that. After 3 days of putting up with this, I reported them and the hotel did offer to move me to a different room -- but it was the last night of my stay, so I didn't want to switch rooms. Still, I would stay at this hotel again.

The Taj Hotel is very well located, next to shops, restaurants and the Park. The hotel staff is very friendly. And they have an awesome Indian restaurant.

"Exquisite Boutique Hotel with Style"
First time I have stayed at Freepoint not sure how I missed it. Hotel could be in New York or Los Angeles, surprised to see this level of hotel in Cambridge. Very stylish and modern, big rooms. My main recommendation is have breakfast, this is the best and most unique breakfast menu I have ever seen in a hotel. Spacious, well lit lobby to sit in and work while having coffee or a drink. I will be back

"Great apartment style accomodations."
I had not stayed at a place like this before. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the place. It was roomy and clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, but clean and functional. It was a bit loud as it is on a busy street in Boston, but nothing earplugs couldn't solve. The location was fantastic. We could walk to the T, restaurants and shopping. I needed extra space as I was traveling with several teens and this allowed us to spread out and enjoy. I would do this again.

"Perfect for Boston Marathon"
First time to Boston and was there for the marathon. The hotel is attached to the Hynes Convention Center and 2 malls. The front desk staff and concierge were extremely nice and helpful with everything we asked. Our room was adequate. Not big but manageable. We were on the 24th floor with a Bay view which was great. We had a view of Harelford St. which is the last road before the turn onto Boylston St for the marathon. The airport has a bus shuttle for $7.50 and drops you off 1 block from hotel. The Trolley Tour picks you up in front of hotel. Great local seafood restaurant across the street. Boylston St is 1 block away and has lots and lots of restaurants, running shops, and the famous Boston Marathon finish line.

"Excellent Experience Mainly Due To Staff"
Family of four travelling to the city for the Boston Marathon. The gentlemen working the main entrance and valet area are unbelievably welcoming, organized friendly and helpful. Front desk staff do not know how to say know and are overlyaccomodating and kind. The facilites are located most conveniently close to everything with full access around most of the area via pedway and indoor shortcuts. Very accessible for wheelchair access. Our entire visit was smooth without any concerns whatsoever. Definitely worth every cent we paid and hoping to returen in the future.
