“There was both good and bad about this property. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the wine and cheese social each evening was nice. The room had wallpaper coming off the wall and the shower doorlwas very hard to open and close without scraping the glass causing a loud noise each time. The restaurant was below average and the check-in and check-out process was poor. They sent a pending charge of $3,000 at check-in on a final bill of around $1200. At check-out I had to go and get……

“My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed.”
