“Upon entering the building it was obvious that security was high priority. The reception area was very clean with food and drink vending machines available outside the well equipped gym. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment upon entering. It was spacious, bright and clean. Each room and area was clearly defined and attention to detail was excellent. “I love the set-up of the suite, perfect for a supervised 15y/o sleepover. Communication with the hotel staff was beyond excellent!! However the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. The sofa sleeper mattress cover was very nasty, as if it had never been changed. The sheets on the bed were badly stained as well. The bathroom sink always had lots of hair left behind. Besides, the cleaning mishaps, everything else was good.”
