"Our annual trip was amazing as usual. We absolutely love this place. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Beto in Valet is our FAVORITE along with Aileen in the front. Thank you Hyatt for never disappointing and allowing us to make unforgettable memories "

"The stay was great. The only thing that I would say was a negative was that there are no elevators for the rooms so we had to lug our stuff up the stairs to get it to our room. And that there isn't an ice machine at every building. In that heat ice is a must. The service was great, the employees were great and most main facilities were up kept great. "

"The staff are always top notch… love the lady/attendant at the pool… she is the best. Always smiles, welcomes you.. etc. The room was nice but the carpet and stuff is sort of tired… But really love the location to the strip."

"This hotel is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with great service (especially from the valet team) and a very nice rooftop pool. It's in a great location and was thoughtfully designed, with good food at the restaurants. Where it falls short a little bit is all of the prices. It feels boutique but there really isn't any reason to justify the $50/day resort "fee" and the $20 drinks at the pool. The only water you get in the room is an $8 bottle. The M&M's at the mini bar in the room...
