"There were broken glasses in the hallway, a box of used condoms left by the elevator in the lobby, the rooms were absolutely disgusting, filthy. The parking is ridiculously expensive, too loud and once again, absolutely filthy. Front desk was informed and gave me 10 points to Marriott club."

"I arrived to check in, I told the clerk that I made reservations through a 3rd party merchant. As I was checking in, I received a notification from my bank asking am I authorizing a payment of such amount. I was charged the incidence fee and for three nights. I immediately said you’re charging me twice. I was very upset because now the charges had to stay on my card until I was checking out. I couldn’t make any purchases the entire trip. The incidence fee was $150 and the stay charge $717.72\. And to top that off, the rooms are very dark all the lamps had small to no bulbs. I opened the curtains for light and my view was a concrete wall with hardly any light. Rm 234 I will never stay no more!!"
