This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....

During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. This hotel is amazing!!! Concrete, industrial design combined with Balinese architecture - this sounds crazy, right? But it's not... not in Bisma eight, they did an excellent job with the hotel design, their staff are the friendliest people we met on Bali, hotel is incredibly clean. We stayed in the forest and also garden view rooms - both were spectacular, amazing views from the forest room! I could just lie on the bed all day enjoying the view and its atmosphere.
