Matt at the front desk was awesome! We checked in around 9 pm, used the pool and he brought us fresh clean towels out of the dryer. The woman who handles the breakfast area was awesome. She brought out food, cleaned up, asked people if they needed anything. She was busy the entire time and no one had to wait for anything. She was on top of it all!

I took my boyfriend to Knoxville for his birthday for the Tennessee Florida football game. The hotel was really easy to find, right off the main road. When we checked in, we were greeted with a cookie and a smile, even though it was later at night. Our room was beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. The hotel was almost completely silent the entire time. Check out was a breeze! My boyfriend could not quit talking about how great the hotel was!

Firstly, the pictures are exactly what you get. There are great views of the mountains from outside and especially at sunset it's beautiful!
The hotel is well kept, clean, and staff friendly. The same goes for the room - comfortable and clean.
Free continental breakfast in the morning was good as well. That room was kept clean too. The pool, although no one out of our group got in, looked well maintained.
No complaints about this hotel! I would recommend to a friend.

Traveling from Maryland to Mississippi and we were beat. Front desk (Anthony?) person was fantastic helping this weary traveler check in. Morning saw a beautiful selection for breakfast and cheerful faces offering to help any way they could.

My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life...

Overall, a clean, comfortable room at a great price. One other plus for this hotel was its location. It was pet friendly, so I had my dog along, and it is right at the edge of a residential neighborhood that was great for a dog walk.

I loved the girl at the desk that check me in! She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. Loved having access to coffee 24 hrs a day and the cookies were a good hold over until breakfast the next morning at the hotel Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and nice.
