"I rented this place for my in-laws to stay for my sons high school graduation as I did not have the space for them and they wanted their own space naturally. They arrived and found this place to be the most disgusting rental ever! "Property was as expected from listing. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer."

"Messaged host to get check in info. No reply until an hour and a half after check in time. Host canceled reservation with no explanation. 4 people with no place to stay late on a Friday. Total fraud, do not book. "
