“The room was comfortable and clean. Pillows and bedding was soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffett was ok for the dry goods and prepackaged products. But the cooked food didn't look appetizing. The night time desk person was apologized for not being very friendly when we asked for the wifi password that was not written in our key folder. He was really busy?? The parking lot has many parking spots available, but has a lot of curbs if you are pulling as long trailer. Overall the hotel,……

“Please don’t waste your money booking this hotel. From the front desk service to the condition of the room and even the breakfast, the entire experience was disappointing. The customer service was poor, the room did not meet expectations, and the breakfast was far below standard. I would not recommend staying here.”

“The young petite lady at 3am on Friday, July 10th was very helpful and sweet. It was 3am - how was she awake and nice? I couldn’t find anyone when I needed to touch base to additional times (upon checking out we did speak with a nice blond woman 9am on 7/13). The bed frame was missing the protector on the metal of the bed and I wrecked my shin twice on it. Then our fire alarm went off at 230am 7/13 - no other rooms. Just us. 3 minutes blaring. Room 301 was woken up by me not knowing what to do……

“The pool was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plus the location is convenient, other than that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The bolt was broken, not enough outlets, plus one was broken and the door knob on the bathroom was sharp causing a small hole in my shirt. Didn’t eat the breakfast but there wasn’t much available. Never was able to talk to the manager.”
