“Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. The tv and lamp were unplugged and had zero way of being plugged in because the extension cord ran underneath the bed to the AC. So you could be cool with the AC, or swelter while……

I would rent from them again.However, the bed’s mattress could have been better. Also, the walls could use fresh paint and the chairs on the screened patio need replacing.”

“We stayed one night basically just to sleep so it was sufficient for us. Definitely very small and old and could use some updates. Our room was on the second floor and the steps were very steep so would not be good for anyone older. The room was clean and neat and had the basic necessities. ”

“This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.”
