“This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.”

“The property is just okay. The owners have modernized the interior, but have overlooked some important details. The dryer door needs to be flipped. That’s a simple 2-minute task. I got hit in the head multiple times taking stuff out of the washer and putting it in the dryer. Depending on height it could cause a serious injury. The towels are nice and fluffy, but the water never got hot and the shower head didn’t have enough pressure. The house needs a deeper cleaning in between stays. We found……

Studio with pool & billiards table - near downtown & beaches
Wells
7.0 分，总分 10，不错，（2 条点评）
“I was happy to find this room on short-notice, and it served the purpose for an overnight. The good: The check-in was easy. The room and the bedding was clean. Parking was easy. There is a kitchen and a nice little screen porch. The price was affordable compared to other places in nearby towns. The bad: The bed was comically creaky, so if my wife or I moved in the night it woke up the other person. The futon folded up on itself like a taco with any adult-sized person on it (but was ok for my……

Gorgeous Downtown Townhome - Walk to Beach
Old Orchard Beach
6.0 分，总分 10，（3 条点评）
“While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs was difficult to maneuver and the water pressure and……
