“Everything is perfect, don’t believe the bad reviews, they do good job!”

“The property is great and all workers are wonderful. The only downside is some of the people staying there are absolute “clowns” to say the least. They allow their children to run around in the room well past midnight and don’t care about any of the other guest. Classic entitlement syndrome but that should not reflect poorly on the employees so I still give 5-stars.”

“The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in.”

“Very up-to-date with lots of nice features. Large bathroom. Bed was really nice. Treadmill was great. A fan in the workout room would be nice”

“First staff is amazing an quick. Rooms are good. The grand is one of my favorites causes it’s straight across from The Academy Center.”

“This was a perfect stay. The Staff were all so helpful, friendly, and we had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Inn, in Lynchburg, VA. The Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, cereal, donuts, juices, coffee, and was as good or better than any other Hotel we have stayed at. Had a restful sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this Comfort Inn.”

“The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator……

“The staff is outstanding.. The halls and stuff are pretty rough, apparently theyre redoing it. .. but the rooms are nice clean and comfortable. I had 4 rooms there for 2 days.. God location theres seeral food options within 2 blocks and lynchburg is a mile away”

“Older building. Front desk great! Shocked to find a nearly empty Modelo beer can fall out when I closed my blackout curtains at arrival. Found small orange cracker crumbs in desk seat. I checked in so late I didn’t bother notifying the mgmt. juice machine broken at breakfast. Had eggs, biscuits n gravy, waffles, yogurt, & cereal as options. (No sausage or bacon option)”

“No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers.”
