L'affaccio sul vicolo is an independent apartment in the historic center, characterized by its particular plan on three levels connected by a wooden staircase, where the living area is located in the center, with a complete kitchen and relaxation area, while on the upper floor and lower we find the two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The panoramic views from its windows are seductive, in harmony with the historic place where the house lies. Jul 21, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### This is more like a one bedroom Unless your sense of smell is limited please note the second bedroom is in the lowest leval/basement and it is continuously off gassing. If the door to the bedroom is closed completely the foul smell is not an issue. We absolutely loved the location and the owner is very easy to communicate with ! He allowed us to check in early and stay a couple hours after checkout- really appreciate it! Lastly, there are quite a few stairs and they are quite narrow and steep. There is a beautiful view from the kitchen and upper bedroom and you can hear the church bells in the distance- if you are there in June the smell of jasmine is everywhere!
