Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

Wow. The staff and breakfast could not be beaten. This might date the experience, but they were COVID conscious while extending warmth and care at every turn. They displayed a number of "pardon the renovations" signs and emails, but we never saw a single disruption to the structure. This place feels a lot like a newly renovated apartment. I was perfect for what me and my girlfriend were looking for. We live with our families right now so we got this hotel as a new years getaway, and couldn't of asked for a more perfect place. The highlight of the room is the bathtub... a large tub with jets is actually what we needed. I recommend this hotel!
