"The room was unclean and there was a strong scent in the room. The bed was riddled with bed bugs. The bathroom was incredibly dirty and I could not shower during my stay. Both the fridge and microwave was broken so I could not even enjoy a meal during my stay. None of the things in the room was usable making the stay very uncomfortable. I tried to call to complain but no one picked up my call. I will not be staying at this location in the future. "

"I really liked the condition of the room we were given. It was clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous. The stairs going up to the third floor needed repairs on the walls. The card reader allowing guests to swipe into the building was damaged and in need of repair. We would stay again at the hotel. "
