“This was a great place to stay. We came for a conference in Clearwater. This place was close to everything and was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The host was very quick with responses. Communication was great and the place was even better than shown in pictures!”

“The room was updated somewhat but there were several issues. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, we had trouble 2 mornings with no hot water( someone came to look at it but said only small water heaters for a big place, limited silverware and dishes it’s gone downhill since it was sold and no longer a motel. When you book you have no idea which unit you’re getting . We would have chosen a different room if we knew. Room was dark. The location is great though right on the beach. Not a lot of……

“Great Location, great communication with VRBO representatives and great front desk personnel. Very clean.. like I said more hotel size than a Condo. Wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the room. Wouldn’t be big enough. Had a nice patio and quiet view. Loved having a restaurant and bar on site..with live music Friday-Sunday and you could hear it while laying at heated pool while looking at the water. Loved it! Probably would love to back next year. ”

“This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions.”

“The minute we enter it is very homey . Seems our home away from our home . It is clean and well organized . Communication from the owner is fast . Replies fast when we need things especially when the City just decided to shut off the water first thing in the morning that they don't even know . “Great location as we could walk to the Gulf! Not an issue in January for parking nearby at public lots but high tourist season can be a challenge, but no parking worries if you stay here :) Ed was very communicative and responsive to our inquiries. Quick stay and didn’t take full advantage of all he offered (beach chairs/wagon) but definitely a plus! We frequent the area often and would definitely stay again. Picture is steps away! ”
