“My husband and i got married in downtown Knoxville. This rental was so close to our wedding venue. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Great building and neighbors. We walked to Gay Street for dinner and then walked around Market Square with some ice cream. This reantal has the best vibes and you cant get a much better location! Highly recommend it. We will be staying here again!”

“Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

“We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again!”
