"Pésimo el elevador se dañó un día después de mi entrada estuve una semana nunca lo arreglaron me dieron en el 4 piso tengo problemas cardíacos y me tocaba subir y bajar escaleras y nunca hicieron nada por solucionar ese problema "

"Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. As normal in Texas people are free and comfortable to talk with strangers and guests. Rooms were nice and if you like hearing music this hotel is located next door to a fabulous outdoor concert venue "

"Our room was amazing! It was spacious and comfortable. Day staff were very friendly and professional, however, the overnight staff were different and seemed annoyed. All in all, great stay. "

"My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well."
