Location: Mall is down the road.
Front desk staff nice and helpful. Breakfast, you can find something free to eat. Rooms are quite and clean.

Average Hotel

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast
Location: We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Outagamie Airport. It's close to the mall and plenty of restaurants.
My hotel stay was average at best. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The lobby smelled like incense, which is not an appealing smell to me. The room was clean. The air conditioner sounded like a strong gust of wind blasting through a crack in a window. We may just have had some kids in the room above us, but we could hear them stomping well past bedtime. The housekeeper asked if we were checking out as we were leaving our room to load our luggage into the car. I said, "Almost" and continued out to the car. We came back to the room to get the rest of our things and the housekeeping staff had already started cleaning our room. That's not a big deal, but the door was left open and our things were still in there. Not like we had a ton of important things in the room, but I was not pleased that I had specifically told the staff that we were NOT checking out, but they decided to go into our room anyway.

Pros: Free wifi with good speed and coverage. Low price.
Cons: Needs major refurbishing.
Location: Near Fox Valley mall
The rate was very low. The hotel is run down. Uncomfortable beds and pillows, noisy room air conditioner. Noise from other rooms, hallways and loud footsteps from room upstairs. Had to wait a long time to check-in while person at desk talked on phone. He insisted on making a copy of my driver's license and credit card, even though the room was prepaid through Expedia. Printer wasn't working which added more time to the check-in process. He told us that we would be charged for damage done to the room or anything taken from the room, as if that is a regular occurrence. When we checked out the next morning, there was no one at the desk to talk about the final condition of the room. The breakfast was disappointing, but for the price I did not expect more. While I was not impressed with the hotel, it was what should be expected given the low room rate.

Will never stay there again. The room smelled like cat urine. There was terrible mold in the bathroom. The bath tub was dirty.

Pros: location
Cons: It needs to be cleaned and maintained better
Location: the mall, restaurants, and close to the freeway
The tiles around the bathtub were coated with mildew and mold. The drain in the bathtub did not drain, so the second person showering stood in water from the first persons' shower. There were black bugs in the bathroom when I used the bathroom during the night. The drywall was falling apart around the air conditioner exposing the inside of the wall.

Cons: The place is very old and needs to be remodeled.
Location: GENERAL the location is quiet and satisfactory.
Diappointing experience due to outdated condition of the hotel and cleanliness of the bathroom.

The room smelled like a hamper and the staff sucks

I booked 2 nights here with my girlfriend and as soon as we checked in it felt off. The guy behind the counter was not friendly at all and then we get to the room and it smelled HORRIBLE, I went to try and change rooms but apparently they were all "booked up" even though there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot, so then a couple hours later I asked if we could cancel the second night, and the guy behind the counter pretty much just said no so I lied to him and I told him my grandma was in the hospital and we would be gone by checkout after the 1st night, so he gave me a card and said that if I fax him something from the hospital proving my grandma was in there then he would refund me the money for the second day that I wouldn't be there at all for. The next morning, I found a manager and told him and he refunded me my money for the day I wasn't going to be there at all for and then I left and went to a better hotel

Place is trashed and felt like Texas chainsaw massacre. Everything was stained and disgusting. Towels had hair on them. Shouldn't even be on a advertisement.

Management was rude, Manager was upset because I used EXPEDIA FOR MY RESERVATION, one morning I went to take a shower had no hot water! Exterior door locks didn't work half the time.

Better off sleeping in the car

When we got into our room I want to put my computer down on the desk that they have in there and there was Chicken grease or some other substance on it. at breakfast they were out of syrup and it was very cramped. The hallways were dirty with garbage. I will not stay there again
