“We had a fantastic stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel. The beautiful, tropical grounds are immaculately maintained, and the pool area was always clean, peaceful, and relaxing. “The kitchen is outside which is fine unless you want privacy. The hostess was super friendly when I checked in but scolded me because I accidentally was in the room after check out. I then realized that the clock on my laptop hadn't changed time zones. I was ready to check out, but she was upset. I waited for her to come back for a half hour but she didn't, so I left. The pool is nice and big so it stays cool compared to other properties. The room itself was small and basic. I booked last……

“5 minute walk to the beach was amazing. The pool and pool area was clean and spacious. Request for more towels was fulfilled quickly. Would recommend staying here!”

“They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
