“I have stayed at this property a few times and consider it home away from home. Santos at the front desk is always a welcome sight. My flights home were cancelled due to the snow storm and had to leave the hotel I started my trip at. I was lucky to be able to book this for my added time there. Unfortunately i over booked this room by one day because I was still locating a new flight. I requested at least a partial refund for the unused day but it was denied. ”

“Hotel was clean as well as our room. Staff was courteous. We had the buffet breakfast which served a variety of foods--from eggs to yogurts, danishes, fruit and at least 4 types of juices. “I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
