We celebrated my husbands birthday. The house was perfect location to downtown. We walked there and also got an Uber. It was a great small place. We made breakfast there and they had all we needed to make breakfast, pan and utensils wise.

Great Downtown Location, Dogs Allowed
The apartment is well located just off I-240 and a few blocks from the main downtown district. There’s a Starbucks across the street, and a great bakery/deli and several good restaurants are within a short walk. The next door Shell gas station had ice, milk, lotto (there was a huge prize during our visit), and of course gas. Furnishings were modern style, there was plenty of space for the two humans and dog. Kitchen was adequately provisioned. Had good walks with the dog into the quiet neighborhood. The building is on Charlotte St and there is the expected city traffic. We brought a white noise device and one of us used cotton in the ears for sleeping comfort. Highly recommended!

Worst Stay in Asheville EVER
I’ll start with the positive because my mother taught me that if I don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all: We had arrived into town earlier than expected & the property agent was on site to let us into the property early. This property is walking distance to downtown which was great when we were heading to the restaurants. Lastly, Taco Temple…SOOO YUMMY! Now for the rest of the story: If we didn’t run into the manager in the parking lot we would have NEVER HEARD FROM HER. I tried to correspond with her a few times before the trip, peeps… Since she’s paid to “manage” the property she’s not really doing a great job. This property has so many problems I don’t even know where to start. I am very surprised that they are allowed to rent such a sub-standard property at a premium price AND that there are so many good reviews. Everyone must be either too drunk to notice, too young to care or afraid of retaliation??? For starters; at least in a hotel I get shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion… If you use anything but bar soap & shampoo, bring it yourself. If you plan to shower during your stay use the towels sparingly, you only get a few (no laundry on site). But if you do, you’ll be in for a surprise. The hair dryer looks like it was bought in the 80’s & has been used by 100,000 other people. The kitchen is stocked to the BARE MINIMUM! Not even a salt & pepper shaker or spice to be found…. There is coffee (I think left behind) for the coffee maker but no filters or sugar. Plenty of glasses & the bare minimum of pots/pans & nothing to serve your food in so it’ll need to go from the one pot/pan to the plate (don’t plan for leftovers). If you plan on cooking, buy EVERYTHING you need. The furniture in the house isn’t even the items in the photos. The house is on a VERY busy street that is in a seedy part of town. Activity is happening at all times of the night &, as others have mentioned, Starbucks get a delivery at 3:30 am each morning. The beds are the OLDEST/HARDEST things I’ve ever slept on, so forget a goodnight sleep! I won’t mention that the house is rotting everywhere, & the exterior stairs look like they are going to fall off the house… We had such a horrible stay we left the day before we were supposed to because we simply could not walk after waking up in those horrible beds. The 20 somethings may be able to handle a crap bed, but my back can’t, & I had to go straight to the Chiropractor. Honestly, I try another place

Great getaway
I was in Asheville for work and was lucky enough to be able to take my family, all five of us. Luckily we took an inflatable mattress. My 15 y/o that is 6'2" would not have been comfortable on the small couch. Great place, private and close to everything.
