"Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways."

"We are regulars at this beautiful rural rental, which has become our monthly reset button. But we had no idea these sweet owners just installed an infrared sauna. What? We loved trying out this new wellness option on Valentine's Day. I may even prefer it to the steam sauna at the gym. We didn't need a reason to return but now we have one! 10/10 we'll be back."

"The house is beautifully decorated and has so much charm. Love the artist themed bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and we had lots of room to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The Alexa was a great touch for music! The property is very large and the area very quite. Matt was quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great time!!"

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. "We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The house itself is huge. There are multiple smaller lounging rooms for a large group to relax in. The living room and kitchen have spectacular view over a lake with the Catskills too. "one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome."
