The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....

We were in town for my daughter's graduation from the University of Georgia, and it was so nice to have a home to hang out in rather than being in hotel rooms. We were comfortable and able to spread out. Also, it is far enough out in the country to be quiet and away from the busyness of Athens, but you can be downtown in 15 minutes. "We needed a spot to stay while our son attended football camp at UG. Ginny’s place was perfect. Nice, clean, plenty of room, all the amenities and great location. Host was great. Only note would be that the driveway is kind of steep so some cars may scrape fender getting up. Neighborhood is nice, safe and street parking is fine so not a big deal. Would definitely stay again if in Athens."
