I arrived early in the morning and the room wasn’t ready so I asked to store my luggage but wasn’t really a welcoming way or approach. I had business meetings all day, went back later at night and Richard was the best person! He made it feel welcoming and more like home after a long day. I appreciate you for all your hard work! "
