"We've stayed here multiple times over the years and it never disappoints. This is the first time we've enjoyed the Managers Reception & had the complimentary drinks & appetizers. Breakfast is also great with so much variety. We also love the location, the waterfront is amazing! We always take extra time after checkout to watch the planes land at SFO. Staff is incredibly kind & hospitable. 5 stars!"

"Stayed here before an early flight out of OAK. The staff here were really professional and hospitable. Kudos to whomever is training & managing them. Loved the relaxing waterfront location - plenty of walking trails nearby. The building itself was a little dated, but still cute and comfortable. Im afraid the pillows were horrid: really hard and uncomfortable. Heat/air conditioning worked well. Free airport shuttle is nice (but it doesn't start until 6 am and we had to be at the airport at 5 am). I’d stay here again (and bring my own pillow)."
