Balcony was nice, very clean. Gates malfunctioned several times. Traffic noise is extremely loud, especially at night when trying to sleep. They did provide 1 set of earplugs.

Instructions for entry a parking were incorrect. Door code to unit was incorrect. Even though it was 1am after hours, the Black Swan customer support did answer so that was fortunate. Unit code turned out to be the same as the building code which made us concerned about safety and wonder if it was the same for other units…2 gentleman entering the building g at the same time had the same code to get into the building. The garage gate was not working but left open. Garage location and entry/code information were not given and we had to call back for that. Unit was clean and spacious. Could not get the tv remotes to work past just turning on and their were no tvs in the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and there plenty of towels. Paint is peeling from the bathroom ceiling. Only 5 hangers in the whole condo for clothes. Re the kitchen, lots of counter space, but very limited on cooking utensils, bowls, etc. There was only ONE sharp knife in the knife block. There are two outdoor spaces with seating which is nice and a good sized dining table. No hair dryers, hand soap, coffee provided to get you through the first few days, although there was some tea and sugar packets. Condo location was good location a couple of blocks from the Civic train station making it convenient to get to the football stadium in a couple stops. This condo could get 5 stars and be great for a larger group if there was better communication and attention to the unit that warrants the price tag.

Everything was great! Only downfall was the elevator broke down day 1 and length of the stay and had to take stairs to 4th floor with luggage. But very clean and lovely stay! Loved the view and location.

Me and my family were in from out of town for thanksgiving. We went to check in at 4 there isn’t really any instructions on where to park giving that it’s next to another apartment building. The unit that we had which was 4 garage was broke . We would have to lift and close the garage ourselves every time . We were told to move to a parking spot instead of ours and then had to move again. We then got to our unit where I tried to check the code didn’t work. I then reached out to them to figure out was wrong . They gave me another code that also didn’t work. Let them know the code didn’t work they gave me another code that also didn’t work. They proceeded to try to remotely unlock which wouldn’t make sense if still needed to get back and forth inside the unit . After them trying to remotely unlock the unit I then asked to just cancel the reservation due to the inconvenience. I left with my family where we had to stay somewhere else. They did try to send a 4th code but by that time we had been waiting to long . As well as my Daugther getting restless . We never got to stay at unit because we were unable to get in. The area of the unit is also not the best recommendation.

My daughter's were stuck in the elevators as soon as we arrived. The code did not work for the unit door, no one answered the provided phone number. I finally got someone on the phone and explained that I paid for early check-in but could not because the code would not work, but they refuse to refund my money, and the elevator was broken during my entire stay, and the host was rude and not very accommodating.

The heating system was very difficult to regulate. At the highest heat setting, the upstairs bedroom felt very cold...it was too cold to sleep like that. I called maintenance the next day. He adjusted it, but that bedroom never got much warmer. Also, the property is confusing. I arrived late at night and couldn't open my link with check-in instructions. While standing outside for a long time trying to open the link, a security guard appeared and tried to help me, because you can't find a front desk! The location is not very convenient to any eateries or taverns.

This apartment was centrally located near local attractions and restaurants. Other reviews mentioned noise and it definitely was very noisy. It is nestled between some very busy freeways and a hospital. We kinda expect this when staying in the city. The owner did provided ear plugs but only one pair, which we did not use. There is A LOT of light that comes in the window over the bed. The kitchen was not equipped for people wanting to do cooking at home. It lacked utensils like spatulas baking dishes, sheet pans, cutting boards, and skillets that work on it's induction stove. Essentials like salt, pepper, and oil would have been nice. The photos in the listing provided city views from the balconies. Our unit did not. We looked at a parking garage. The unit is in need of repair. It was very cold and you could feel the wind through windows and the sliding door. The partition between our unit and the one next to us was about to fall over. I thought for sure with all the wind we were having it wasn't going to make it! No handsoap, wash cloths, dish rags or dish soap. They did however provide coffee which was nice. The bed was comfy and the water hot so if you are looking for a place to sleep and that is all, this would work for you. I was disappointed because we also could not use the internet with the wifi.
