Our other favorite property perks include front and back access to the house, outdoor shower and storage, and parking for 2 cars available at all times. We were happily surprised that the bunk beds were full-sized giving the big kids even more room. Comfy furniture and good layout w/nice updates. The owners were incredible throughout the entire process - quick with answers and recommendations! A block and a half to the beach. Close to all the boardwalk activities but quiet street. Very clean. Modern decor. One room had double bunk beds and a single under the bottom that pulled out so all the kids stayed in the same room and had a great time. Large dining table and fully stocked kitchen. It is not huge but if you are planning to spend your days at the beach and evenings at the boardwalk or downtown, it’s great. Covered front porch with table and chairs and a few Adirondack chairs. Outdoor shower, storage area with some beach supplies. We loved how comfortable the beds were, which is hard to find even in higher end hotels. This location was amazing and the host was amazing and gave great suggestions on a few places that were great. I’ve always cleaned and sanitized our space and I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was clean and had little to no dust on the window seals and the molding. Yes I do clean our space like that due to my health issues. Also There is a house across the street being renovated and they start construction pretty early the week days we were there but Saturday it was quiet.
