Direct ski access via the Meadows Skiway to Elkhorn Lift. 5 Minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village or simply use the Village Connect free shuttle service and get dropped off. In the summer, enjoy playing golf at the pristine semi-private Beaver Creek Golf Club which is only a 2 minute walk from your condo.
This luxury townhome can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Guests will appreciate the classic décor and mountain views spanning the main Beaver Creek Mountain to Strawberry Park from the abundant windows in the Great Room.

This townhome has two parking spaces available; one in the attached heated garage and one parking space outside of the condo. Additionally, guests enjoy the luxury of hanging their skis and storing their boots in the heated garage so they are dry and warm for the next day.
All necessities are provided for our guests.
Ski access is located behind the Aspens Townhomes via the Charter Skiway down to the Elkhorn Lift (access via this skiway is dependent on snow conditions as this is an unmaintained skiway). During early/late ski season, or for guests who prefer starting the day at the Centennial lift, guests at this residence have access to the Village Center through Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle service which is available from 7:00am to Midnight. Download the Village Connect app in the app store. **Pool access: there is not a pool or hot tub onsite. We list it because it is so close and you have access to it for an extra charge. The pool and hot tub is a 30 second free shuttle ride away located at the Park Hyatt. Pool and hot tub are an extra charge and can be purchased directly from the Park Hyatt Hotel Spa. Easy walk to BC Village. The house was very well maintained and equipped. Nice to have garage and an extra parking space. One member of our family commented on how comfortable the bedding was. Perfect for a family getaway as there is privacy on all 3 levels and 2 living areas. We enjoyed our stay!
A highly enjoyable stay, even when the temperature dipped to - 26 Celsius at night. Four very comfortable bedrooms, good beds, nice bathrooms. All very clean, easy communications with the hosts, who were very gracious and helpful. There is a pathway right across the alley for ski in and ski out. Highly recommended.
This property has it all! The view was breathtaking and the convenience to Beaver Creek center makes it a 12 out of 10! We have stayed here during ski season as well and we keep going back. The home has so much space that everyone is comfortable (even those hard to please teens who want their own space!). I highly recommend this home!
I had an amazing stay with my family and friends. The location is perfect. It's walking distance to the action, but far enough removed that it's quiet and peaceful. There are trails right out the front door. The house is very clean, well stocked, and has incredibly views of the mountain. Check in/out process was a piece of cake. Can't wait to come back and stay here in the winter!
Gorgeous mountain decorated home. The downstairs suite is perfect for a 2nd family. Any questions to rental agent were answered with quick response. As a landlord myself - I appreciate this quality of service from others. Easy walk to Beaver Creek village. Kitchen was very well equipped. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Convenient location, easy to get our young family around the village
This property was located within an easy walking distance to the village. What I didn’t realize until we got there was just how easy the Village Connect Shuttle worked. They pick you up at the front of the neighborhood, wait times were usually less than 5 minutes. Not to mention the ski path that takes you down to the Elkhorn lift for an easy way to start the day.
The host was prompt and pro-active.

We had the absolute best week! This townhouse was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children ages 4 and under. The location was great! Easy walking, easy ski out and back in for adults. Would suggest shuttle service if taking first time skiing 4 year olds, simply because of equipment and skill. Shuttle service was so convenient to anywhere you needed to go. Top notch cleanliness, plenty of towels and basic supplies! Beds were so comfortable! The decor is beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. Kitchen fully stocked with great culinary equipment needed for family meals. Our hosts were very responsive with any questions! We are looking forward to next year and would definitely stay here again!
Absolutely LOVED staying at this condo. There was so much room for our group. We would throw the kids downstairs to play on the lower level and us adults enjoyed happy hour upstairs on the deck off the living room!

Definitely will be back in the Winter. Reed the property manager showed us where you can ski in/out from the condo which is right out the front door (10 feet away). Easy to find and kitchen fully stocked with essentials. Would highly recommend.
I can’t give this more start! I’d like to say 100! Perfectly located, could easily walk or take the easy shuttle! The three king beds suited our adults and the addition room with two more beds and a sleeper sofa, fit all the kiddos and their varied ages. Additionally, the extra living was so nice for kids! I must say, this was the most well stocked I’ve ever found a rental. More than enough of backups, like paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper. Reed was most efficient answering (the few) I had. Amazing!!!And the garage for our car was a huge plus.
This house was the best equipped / stocked house we have ever rented and we have rented houses all over the world. Really nice to have everything you need there plus extras. The kitchen is stocked amazingly. Tons of nice quality dishes and appliances. Huge refrigerator. The place is nicely laid out with two bedrooms on the bottom floor (basement level) but since it’s in a hill there are windows - each with their own bathroom - along with a game room. The master bedroom is on the entry level with a super nice large bathroom and bedroom. An additional bedroom and office on the top floor where the kitchen and living room are. We only had three couples but this house would be very comfortable with 8 plus some small children.The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Nice linens and towels. Plenty of extras if you need them. Beautiful views of the mountains. Easy access to the village connect bus and a very easy walk to the main village. So the location is excellent. The property manager, Reed, was very easy to work with . We really appreciated the videos here t when we arrived to show how to get around the aspens .
This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it all over again. Reed is always a pleasure to work with!

The house is quite spacious with a good floor plan; however, its' proximity to the busy road made it quite noisy as the windows needed to remain open to let in cool air since the home is not air conditioned.
Amazing place just a short walk away from Beaver Creek Village. Nice roomy townhouse. Private parking. One negative is entering the home. Have to enter through garage instead of the front door.
I should have read the fine print. NO A/C!! It was 82 on the 3rd floor where the living, kitchen and one bedroom was located. Toilet was broken when we arrived. Shout out to Reed for coming right over to fix it AND bring another fan. Did I mention it was hot? Really hot!!Beware, this unit has 3 floors with bedrooms on each. It’s also located on a VERY busy road. Earplugs required at night. Open your windows for cool air at night or close them because of the noise. Will not stay again.
