"Nice hotel and location. Didn’t interact with staff because I l Checked myself in. Only one lift working. "

"The hotel room was fine but the bar and rooftop seating were closed which was very disappointing. The in-house Sotto restaurant was outrageously expensive and mediocre at best. The waiter said we couldn't have any drinks other than the 4 specialty ones in the menu. He also said we got a special discount for staying at the hotel but they just inflated the original price to be even more ridiculous. We do NOT recommend either the hotel or the restaurant."

"Staff were extremely helpful. Minor issue with a window not opening and missing tv remote. However they resolved both issues quickly. Great room, location and exceptionally helpful staff."

"The location of this hotel is great, not as expensive as other hotels in the area. But the hotel rooms are dated, they’re smaller than they look in the pictures, there’s like a weird smell on the towels and bed sheets. Staff was somewhat helpful, it was just an okay stay."

"We were very early to check-in and just wanted to leave our bags we were offered an early check-in if we accepted an upgrade at a price, we were under no time pressure so declined to upgrade but we were then immediately checked in and given our rooms, I didn't like that as it suggested the hotel were trying to get more money out of us, a little thing but left us feeling a little uncomfortable. Other than that although the room was very small it was OK, nothing special but OK."

"I thought the room was a little small, but the lobby vibe & amenities made up for that immensely. I made a mistake on checkout by forgetting a charger in my room. The hotel staff was swift in helping me retrieve it!"

"It’s a great hotel but there’s a horrid smell of sewage outside to the right of hotel and that could be smelt in our bathroom, especially in the night / early morning. No milk, no shower gel supplied, yes I should have gone down to reception but couldn’t be arsed! Also if booking through hotel.com - requests don’t go through eg, we asked for a quiet room away from lifts, then was given a room opposite the lift door! They did sort it, but shouldn’t have happened really. Positives - great location? Great Sky Bar "
