"The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was good and a nice long length of time so you didnt feel reshed to go have breakfast if you had a late night out in london town. The AC was nice but always seemed to reset to the defaullt 21°. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and available. Good job."

"I have stayed in this hotel before and was really excited to stay again. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t the same. The hotel itself is great with spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and great amenities. However I felt this time staff wasn’t attentive enough. Housekeeping would forget to replace things after taking away the dirty. I received wrong birthday present in the room (it wasn’t my birthday) which also tells me they were not attentive enough and someone else missed their birthday present. Finally WiFi is horrible. When I raised the issue with staff they told me oh you are checking out tomorrow anyway and advised I restart my laptop multiple times. During these days WiFi connectivity is a must not an option. Finally when I was checking out and ordered a taxi, staff member disappeared and I had to find another staff member to see if my taxi was coming or not. Again great hotel but not sure what’s wrong with staff this time. "

"The studio was lovely! Bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The staff at check in were very friendly and they let you store luggage upon check out for free. It would have been even better if the shower temperature was hotter and if both lifts were in operation as sometimes it did take a while for the one working to get to your floor."

"I was attending an event which finished late, and I didn't want to travel home alone. So I looked for somewhere close by to stay which didn't break the bank. The Strand Palace Hotel offers single-bed rooms that come with a luxury shower room stocked with Rituals products, large wardrobe, table & chair, a desk and huge TV. Plus free wifi, bottle of water and bar of chocolate... and all for £110. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel room was quiet & comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were friendly however the room was not clean when we arrived. I would definitely recommend more attention to detail when cleaning. The room size is small and that is fine; we did not need a large room and small accommodation is not a deal breaker for me at all. "
